A touring exhibition of one of the most important representatives of contemporary art in the Central and Eastern European region was at all its sites (Budapest, Košice, Brno) at home and, at the same time, a guest; in all the sites it was a statement made from both the inside and the outside, corresponding to the transnational position of the artist. Ilona Nemeth is a Slovak artist of Hungarian nationality, whose artistic career began in Czechoslovakia, who regularly exhibits in Slovakia as well as in the Czech Republic, and who is also considered part of the Hungarian art scene.

Június 14-én, pénteken, szeretettel várjuk az érdeklődőket a Gödör Klub előterében, a Central Passage üvegfödéme alatt. A KÉK – Kortárs Építészeti Központ által a harmincharmadik alkalommal megrendezett eseményen is garantált a jókedv és a 20X20 másodperces pörgős, színvonalas előadások! Két szlovákiai vendégelőadónk révén rövid betekintést kapunk a kortárs szlovák szcénába is.

Az esemény a 2011 őszi, Ernst múzeum-beli – kiállítás körülményeit járja körül. Lehet-e jól dönteni egy lelkiismereti kérdésben, ahol a dilemma gyökere maga is összetett, soktényezős probléma?
A dunaszerdahelyi képzőművész, Németh Ilona eredetileg az Ernst Múzeum egész terét egy nagyszabású installációvá alakította volna át. Ám az előkészületek előrehaladtával egyre kevésbé tudott azonosulni ezzel a tervvel, ezért saját koncepcióját gyökeresen megváltoztatva, egy olyan mű elkészítése mellett döntött, ami sokkal inkább reflektál a megvalósulás körülményeire, az alkotó személyes döntésének motivációira, a kulturális környezetre, mint az eredeti koncepció tartalmára.
